You can make Namakpare or shakarpare with singhare flour to eat in fasting days. Today we will make Singhare Namakpare, that you can eat during your fasting days.
Ingredients for Singhare Namak pare
- Singhare flour – 200 gms. (1 cup)
- Salt – 1/2 tea spoon.
- Cumin seeds – 1 tea spoon.
- Coriander leaves – 1/2 table spoon (chopped)
- Oil – to fry.
Method – How to make Singhara Namakpare
Sieve the flour and take it out in a bowl. Put salt, cumin seeds, coriander leaves and 2 spoon oil in to it and mix them well. Knead the flour with water and leave it covered for 20 minutes.
Fix the dough by mashing it with hands and make 4 big balls from it. Roll the ball into 6-7 inch thick disc and cut it into namakpare with knife.
